Leadernet LLC has supplied, installed and integrated the Scada System in this wind project in collaboration with Siemens Gamesa for NextEra.
The Gray County wind farm is a 112MW wind farm that consists of (170) 660-kilowatt Vestas turbines that are capable of generating enough electricity to power about 35.000 homes.
It is being repowered with Siemens Gamesa technology to improve this performance. It is located in Montezuma, Kansas and began commercial operation back in 2001.
